Describe a street market in your city
Describe a street market in your city
what can you buy there
what is it famous for?
how you feel about it
well, importance of street market is decreasing due to entry of shopping malls and supermarkets
but sometimes we need to visit them to buy some specific thing at affordable (reasonable) prices.
here, I would like to talk about a street market which is located at Gandhi Road and known as a books market.
We can purchase books form bookshops and road vendors there.
I visited this place when I was in the college and also I wanted to buy some books at very low price.
there are more than 40 bookshops that sell books.
I visit this place at least twice a year or whenever I am looking for a reference book which is unavailable in my area's bookshop.
Generally my best friend accompanied me.
Although there's huge traffic and parking space problem, my overall shopping experience was amazing.

Describe a tradition in your country
Describe a tradition in your country. you should say
- What it is?
- Who takes part in it?
- What activities there are?
- and explain how you feel about it.
- Well, Indian culture and rituals are something that is now recognized all over the world.
- It is full of unique customs and traditions that outsiders might find interesting.
- There are many Indian rituals, customs like greeting, festivals, dances of India, traditional clothing, family structure, and marriage, etc.
- But here I would like to talk about the Indian tradition which is actually good for our health.
- Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic healing methods in the world.
- It was introduced in India more than 3,000 years ago.
- It is based on the idea that health and wellness rely on a delicate balance among mind, body, and spirit.
- The main purpose is to encourage sound health, not to combat disease. However, remedies can be targeted at particular health conditions.
- If our immune system will be strong enough then it will be able to fight any disease.
- In India, about 70% of the rural population depends upon traditional ayurvedic medicine.
- There are many activities included in Ayurveda like the cleansing of a body, mind through meditation, yoga, and some recipes.
- According to my perception, it is a "science of life". It is good to follow ayurvedic activities to stay fit.
- It's a natural process. Yoga and meditation help us to keep our body and mind relax.
