  1. Well, Indian culture and rituals are something that is now recognized all over the world.
  2. It is full of unique customs and traditions that outsiders might find interesting.
  3. There are many Indian rituals, customs like greeting, festivals, dances of India, traditional clothing, family structure, and marriage, etc.
  4. But here I would like to talk about the Indian tradition which is actually good for our health.
  5. Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic healing methods in the world.
  6. It was introduced in India more than 3,000 years ago.
  7. It is based on the idea that health and wellness rely on a delicate balance among mind, body, and spirit.
  8. The main purpose is to encourage sound health, not to combat disease. However, remedies can be targeted at particular health conditions.
  9. If our immune system will be strong enough then it will be able to fight any disease.
  10. In India, about 70% of the rural population depends upon traditional ayurvedic medicine.
  11. There are many activities included in Ayurveda like the cleansing of a body, mind through meditation, yoga, and some recipes.
  12. According to my perception, it is a "science of life". It is good to follow ayurvedic activities to stay fit.
  13. It's a natural process. Yoga and meditation help us to keep our body and mind relax.
